The Platform is intended to facilitate professional discovery and connections. Unless expressly stated, Purely Golden LLC is not a staffing agency, employer, talent agency, or employment service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account or use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you represent that:

• You are legally able to enter into binding agreements.
• All information you submit is accurate and truthful.
• You will keep your information up to date.

3. User Accounts

Users may create professional profiles including, but not limited to:

• Professional biography
• Services offered
• Portfolio
• Social media links
• Contact information
• Images and branding materials

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Vetted Professional Network

The Platform is a curated network.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Purely Golden LLC reserves the right to:

• approve or deny applications;
• request additional verification;
• remove listings;
• suspend or terminate accounts;
• modify directory categories;
• remove outdated or inaccurate information.

Acceptance into the directory does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of future work.

5. Professional Conduct

Users agree to:

• provide truthful information;
• maintain professional communication;
• respect intellectual property rights;
• honor agreements made independently with other users;
• comply with applicable laws.

Users may not:

• impersonate another individual or business;
• submit false credentials;
• harass or discriminate against others;
• upload malicious software;
• spam users;
• misuse contact information obtained through the Platform;
• scrape, copy, or reproduce directory information without authorization.

6. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they upload.

By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Purely Golden LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

Users represent that they own or have permission to use all submitted content.

7. Business Relationships

Purely Golden LLC is not a party to contracts entered into between businesses and professionals.

Users are solely responsible for:

• negotiating project terms;
• setting pricing;
• managing payments;
• obtaining insurance when appropriate;
• complying with applicable tax obligations.

Purely Golden LLC is not liable for disputes arising between users.

8. Fees

If applicable:

Purely Golden LLC does not guarantee:

• employment;
• project opportunities;
• client acquisition;
• income;
• business success;
• compatibility between users.

While we vet professionals, we do not guarantee the quality, legality, reliability, or performance of any user or service provider.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any business relationship.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purely Golden LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Purely Golden LLC during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purely Golden LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• user conduct;
• submitted content;
• violation of these Terms;
• infringement of third-party rights.
